Our Spa and Relaxation package begins with full immersion into a first-class spa, followed by meditation and inspiring Thai vegetarian and vegan dishes specifically designed for this package. A delicious array of plant-based meals enhance your daily exploration of health and wellness, punctuated by lively and fun cooking classes.
After being picked up from the airport and driven to your hotel, if you arrive in the evening, you'll have the option of first going to the spa for a Thai massage, an herbal massage or a reflexology treatment (foot massage) before sleep, or if you arrive in the afternoon, you'll be invited to enjoy a delicious, light vegan meal followed by poolside relaxation or a rest in the comfort of your room before dinner. Dishes on the dinner menu include tom yam soup, woon sen noodles, banana flower salad, and green curry with brown rice. To end the evening, you'll be able to choose between the pleasures of either a Thai massage, an herbal massage or a reflexology treatment.
Start the day with a raw-food breakfast. Continue the morning with a spa session followed by lunch. Optionally visit a local temple during the afternoon, choosing from some of the most popular and significant in Bangkok: Wat Bowonniwet Vihara, Wat Saket (Golden Mountain) and Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). For dinner, enjoy a Thai vegetarian or vegan meal, and end the evening back at the spa with Thai massage, herbal massage or reflexology.
After a breakfast consisting of options such as vegan pancakes, fresh fruit and hibiscus tea, relax at the rooftop pool with your choice of fresh juices and smoothies made from fresh fruit including mango, mangosteen, lime, papaya, banana and water apple, or head straight to the spa. Check out of your hotel by 12 noon.
Additionally on day 3: Lunch and dinner from our restaurant menu. Optionally join a walking tour of the Grand Palace after lunch, then return to your hotel to relax poolside or in the comfort of your room before dinner. Later, sit back for a reflexology treatment (foot massage) before sleep.
Start the morning with breakfast options such as a vegetarian or vegan omelette, rice soup and fresh fruit (pineapple, jackfruit and mango). Later in the morning, attend our Raw Food course where you'll learn to prepare our most popular raw-food recipes, including coconut noodle pad thai, tomato gazpacho and seaweed rolls. In the afternoon, take time for some poolside relaxation, a Thai massage or an herbal massage. For dinner, choose from a variety of delectable dishes. Later, indulge in a spa session or have a relaxing swim before sleep.
Begin with an energizing breakfast such as vegan pancakes, fruit salad and a smoothie. Afterward, indulge in a final spa session. Check out of your hotel by 12 noon.

Additionally on day 5: Vegetarian or vegan lunch with a diverse selection of dishes from our restaurant menu. Afterward, swim or simply relax poolside, rest in the comfort of your room or enjoy either a Thai massage or an herbal massage. Later, “mix and match” your dinner with a combination of Thai vegetarian and vegan cooked and raw dishes. Finally, dissolve into an aromatherapy session or the hot tub before sleep.
Continue your spa sessions, or perhaps change your routine and enjoy the morning and early afternoon on the Chao Phraya River seeing some lesser-known but equally impressive sites such as Wat Kalayanamit. Have lunch at a nearby riverside restaurant before heading back to your hotel for some time at the pool. Enjoy dinner from our selection of fine stir-fry dishes and curries. Relax on the hotel rooftop for evening tea and later sit back for a reflexology treatment (foot massage) before sleep.
Start the day with a hearty vegetarian breakfast including whole-grain pancakes, fresh fruit, sautéed potatoes, steamed vegetables, fresh juice and your choice of green tea, hibiscus tea or ginger tea. Afterward, head to the rooftop pool for a swim and a smoothie. Following lunch, visit the National Palace and Wat Po, the location of the oldest and most famous Thai massage school. Enjoy a late-afternoon Thai massage or an herbal massage before dinner. Take an evening swim or simply relax with some green tea and meditation under the rooftop canopy before sleep.
Begin the day with an hour in the hot tub while enjoying fruit smoothies (pineapple, dragonfruit, papaya and mango). Enjoy lunch from our restaurant menu, then optionally take an afternoon trip to Ayutthaya, the old capital of Thailand (then known as the Kingdom of Siam). Check in at our sister hotel there and visit some of the most significant temples in time for sunset. If you do not travel to Ayutthaya, relax poolside for the afternoon or indulge in a spa session.
If you have traveled to Ayutthaya, after breakfast, set out to visit more temples (some of the most spectacular in Southeast Asia). Have lunch and then rest before exploring more of the old Thai capital, finishing at one of Ayutthaya's greatest temple complexes by sunset. Return to your hotel to rest again before going to a popular local restaurant for dinner. Back at the hotel for the night, enjoy a reflexology treatment before sleep. If you opted to stay in Bangkok, choose from spa sessions including use of the hot tub, Thai massage, herbal massage or reflexology.
If you chose the Ayutthaya trip, check out of your hotel there after breakfast and travel back to Bangkok. If you opted to stay in Bangkok, begin the day with breakfast including fresh fruit, herbal tea, a smoothie and – if you're daring enough – spicy rice soup. Enjoy a final reflexology treatment after breakfast. Check out of your hotel by 12 noon.
