Our Restaurant in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Welcoming travelers to our first SE Asia location outside of Thailand, featuring local variations on our original menu

Temporarily Closed. Relocating and opening again in late 2017.We are proud to announce the opening of our new Cambodian location. Featuring local chefs who have studied with our experienced Bangkok chefs, some even by May herself.

The concept for our Phnom Penh location came about as a result of a long, multiple year conversation regarding the lack of healthy food options throughout South-East Asia. In particular travelers to Cambodia have commented to us for years that the one aspect they miss while traveling is a greater number of delicious vegetarian and vegan offerings. Knowing that Cambodia had become a welcoming environment for new restaurant concepts, it was only a matter of time before we opened our first location in Phenom Penh.

Cambodia and Thailand share similar cultural traits and those similarities have influenced the local cuisine in each country. Though certain aspects of each cuisine are distinctly different, the contrast between those differences allow interesting opportunites for creativity in the kitchen. While our Phnom Penh menu is based on our original Thai vegetarian and vegan recipes, we've encouraged local Khmer influence to shape the menu in a manner that we feel both our long time and new customers alike will enjoy.

Ginger found in Cambodia for example is normally smaller, much stronger, and has a distinctly different flavor than its counterpart found in Thailand. Also noticeable is the difference in taste and texture between Thai and Cambodian white Dragonfruit. As a result of these types of differences with produce, we have crafted delightful variations on our original recipes.

Please come and visit our new unique location situated behind the royal palace (near the river), in one of Phnom Penh's most vibrant neighborhoods. We look forward to seeing you soon.
